What do I get that a standard Agency subscriber doesn't?
White-label portal + custom domain included at no extra charge (normally a $948/year add-on), 1,500 SMS segments/month (vs 1,250 for Agency), and a lifetime price lock — your $1,188/year rate never increases as long as you stay subscribed.
What if I cancel and come back later?
The lifetime price lock requires a continuous active subscription. If you cancel, you lose the Founding rate. Re-subscribing after cancellation means paying the then-current Agency + White Label price.
Do I need to upgrade to a higher plan later?
No. Founding 100 is already Agency-tier with white label included. There is nothing above it unless you need enterprise-specific requirements (HIPAA, mobile WL, custom integrations) — those fall under our Custom tier, which is negotiated separately.
Is there a refund window?
Yes — full refund within 30 days of each annual charge, no questions asked. After 30 days the subscription runs to its end date and will not auto-renew if you've cancelled.
What happens at renewal?
Your card on file is charged $1,188 once a year on your signup anniversary. We email a reminder 14 days before each renewal. Same rate, every year, for as long as you stay subscribed.
How does the white-label portal work?
You get a branded sub-domain (e.g. crm.youragency.com) with your logo and colours. Your clients log in under your brand — Lead Friendly branding is hidden. You can resell access to sub-accounts at any price you set.
